Chemistry in Bondalti's DNA

Bondalti Capital, SA, 100% owned by José de Mello Capital, SA, is the holding company and corporate centre of a group of companies mainly engaged in the chemical industry.

In the chemical industry, Bondalti's production activity is carried out through Bondalti Chemicals, SA, in the chlor-alkali and aniline and derivatives value chains, and Bondalti Cantabria, SA, in the chlor-alkali value chain. Elnosa - Electroquímica del Noroeste, SA, after ending its production in December 2017, has been engaged in the trade of non-electrochemical products and the marketing of products from both industrial units.

 

In the last four months of 2020, Bondalti acquired a majority stake in the leading Portuguese company Enkrott - Gestão e Tratamento de Águas, SA, specialising in the water treatment sector for human consumption and industrial use. Already in 2021, Bondalti has acquired the Aguas Alfaro Group, one of Spain's leading operators in the wastewater treatment segment, consolidating its commitment to the water treatment sector and its presence in Spain.
