Statutory Bodies

At Bondalti, the statutory bodies are the main players when it comes to defining the organization’s mission, values, strategies, policies and objectives. The organization’s senior management operates in close proximity to all other areas and monitors all projects until their completion - particularly projects that could have more structural impacts.

The Executive Committee, made up of a Chairman, Executive Members of the Board of Directors and Secretary, is the body responsible for Bondalti’s day-to- day management. In line with their main skills, the Directors who sit on the Executive Committee are responsible for monitoring different areas and have direct relationships with the managers of these areas, allowing them to monitor and validate the different works in progress.
