At Bondalti, creativity is reflected in the Colombo Programme, an initiative relevant to all Bondalti companies. Launched in 2006, it aims to encourage motivation and the generation and implementation of ideas, in order to continuously promote a culture of continuous improvement and an environment that generates knowledge in applications that contribute to the creation of value in the Organisation.
We believe that the creativity of each one of the employees can make a difference and be essential for the improvement of the whole company and to create an environment that generates Innovation.
Through the Colombo Platform, Bondalti invites all employees to share their innovative ideas, promoting an annual recognition event and awarding prizes to the three best ideas, as well as the most sustainable idea.
Since 2006, 478 ideas have been submitted and 113 have been implemented. Their implementation resulted in estimated gains of around 1.4 million euros.
