Novelties in “Ciência com impacto”
New website, new partners and the second season of Bondalti's podcasts mark the future of the science communication project “Ciência com impacto” (“Science with Impact”).
The “Ciência com impacto” project has a revised website, with a new look and new content organization (www.cienciacomimpacto.pt).
Concurrently, the project has grown, and enlisted new scientific and media partners.
CESAM (Centre for Environmental and Marine Studies), MARE (Marine and Environmental Sciences Centre), IA (Institute of Astrophysics and Space Sciences), CIMO (Mountain Research Centre), MED (Mediterranean Institute for Agriculture, Environment and Development) and CCMAR (Centre of Marine Sciences) are now part of this initiative.
Among the media partners, we highlight the newspaper Diário de Notícias and the TV channel TVI24, as well as the regional radio station Rádio Voz da Ria and newspaper Diário do Alentejo.
With the debut of the new website, the videos and podcasts “Ciência com impacto” entered the second season, now being recorded at the National Museum of Natural History and Science, which partnered with this project.
The guest who kicks off the second season of the podcasts produced by Bondalti is the researcher and vice-rector at Nova University, Elvira Fortunato. You can listen the conversation here (in Portuguese).
