GOVERNING BODIES

At Bondalti, the governing bodies are the main stakeholders when it comes to defining the mission, values, strategies, policies and objectives.

The organisation’s senior management works closely with all areas, monitoring all projects until they are concluded, particularly those projects that may have more structural impacts.

The Executive Committee (EC), made up of the Chairperson, Executive Members of the Board of Directors and the Secretary, is the body responsible for day-to-day management at Bondalti.

In line with their main competences, the Directors on the Executive Committee are responsible for monitoring different areas, working directly with the Managers of these areas, which enables them to monitor and validate the various works in progress.
