ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER (M/F)

Framework:

‍ Integrated into the Environment team, its mission is to support the identification and monitoring of corrective actions and projects in the area of Environment, in conjunction with other areas of the company and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote, operationally monitor, and monitor compliance with environmental rules and good practices;

Follow the environmental monitoring plan;

Collect records and information related to environmental legislation and keep specific documentation up to date;

Analyze non-compliances, complaints, and occurrences and promote the implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions;

Monitor the evolution of applicable legislation and sectoral documentation;

Make contacts with external entities/bodies;

Monitor the implementation of corrective, maintenance, inspection, and project actions;

Develop specific execution and control actions in environmental studies and projects;

Manage and control the treatment processes for gaseous emissions, industrial effluents and waste;

Perform environmental audits and checks;

Carry out reception, training and awareness-raising actions, within the scope of Environment;

Identify training, prevention, protection, and intervention needs in environmental areas;

Coordinate external and cleaning services.

Required profile:

Degree (pre-Bologna) or Integrated Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering;

Postgraduate degree in Environmental Matters (will be valued);

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the area or similar;

Consolidated knowledge of Environmental Legislation and NP EN 9001 and ISO NP EN 14001 standards;

Mastery of Office tools and SAP knowledge (preferred);

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and knowledge of Spanish (preferred)

Interpersonal relationship and communication skills;

Logical reasoning, with capacity for analysis, attention to detail and investigation;

Good organization, decision-making and results-orientation skills.
