Bondalti returned to Expoquimia, which took place between 2 and 5 June in Barcelona, at a particularly symbolic moment. For the first time since the integration of Ercros, the two companies appeared together at a public event, showcasing a new industrial dimension based on a shared commitment to innovation and sustainability, and a common vision for the future of the European chemical sector.
As the leading Iberian event for the chemical industry, Expoquimia once again provided a prime platform to strengthen ties with customers, partners and other stakeholders, as well as to highlight various strategic development priorities in the fields of decarbonisation, digitalisation, the circular economy, water treatment and reuse, and new energy sources such as green hydrogen.
These were also the themes that formed the focus of presentations by professionals from Bondalti, Ercros and Bondalti Water at parallel events, notably at “Smart Chemistry, Smart Future”, an initiative promoted by the Spanish Chemical Industry Business Federation (FEIQUE), and at the “Industry Showcase”, where they had the opportunity to discuss the future of the sector and present success stories in industrial efficiency.
This year’s edition of Expoquimia, themed “Transforming the Industry, Shaping the Future”, welcomed over 20,000 visitors, around 800 exhibitors and more than 1,600 brands represented.
