Bondalti opens new offices at its Torrelavega factory

Bondalti has opened the new office block at its Torrelavega industrial site in Cantabria, furthering the modernisation of the factory and reinforcing the strategic role of this site for the company in Spain.

The event was attended by the President of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, María José Sáenz de Buruaga, and the President of Bondalti, João de Mello, who highlighted “Bondalti’s commitment to Cantabria and its desire to continue contributing to the region’s industrial development, with a long-term perspective”.

The ceremony was also attended by David Lopes, administrator of Bondalti; Antonio Díaz, director of the Torrelavega site; Eduardo Arasti, Industry Councillor for the Government of Cantabria; and Rosa Díaz Fernández and Javier López Estrada, mayors of Polanco and Torrelavega respectively.

The new facilities bring about a significant improvement in working conditions for the teams and build on the process of continuous improvement that this site has benefited from since its integration into Bondalti in 2019, with annual investments of around 4 million euros.
