Bondalti has renewed its certification as a “Family-Responsible Entity” (efr), awarded by the Másfamilia Foundation since 2020, improving its rating to Level B – Proactive Organisation.
The “efr” certification aims to recognise policies that promote a balance between personal, family and professional life.
At Bondalti, this is the result of adopting a people management model centred on well-being and valuing the human dimension, reflected in more than fifty measures implemented in this area.
