Bondalti’s organisational culture has received double recognition at the 2026 People Engagement Awards, organised by CEGOC in partnership with ISCTE Executive Education.
The company took first place in the Industry, Construction and Manufacturing sector and third place in the ranking of Large Companies in Portugal, where it was the only industrial firm to feature in the top 10.
This initiative aims to reward best practices in organisations’ people management, based on a survey that assesses employees’ level of engagement, expectations and satisfaction.
For Bondalti, this is recognition of its ongoing commitment to its values of human development, integrity and competence, which guide its relationship with its employees.
