A total of 32 secondary and higher education students have begun their internships as part of the NextGen programme, an initiative that offers a unique and immersive experience within the Bondalti world and reinforces the company’s commitment to attracting and developing young talent.
Over the coming weeks, participants will have the opportunity to engage with different aspects of the business, develop new skills and gain an insight into the company’s organisational culture, mentored by professionals from various departments at the Estarreja and Oeiras sites.
The 2026 edition of Bondalti NextGen received over 100 applications, a figure that highlights the growing success of this initiative and its popularity amongst students.
