SAP HCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (M/F)

Framework:

We are looking for an internal functional consultant with the mission of ensuring the implementation, maintenance and support in the use of HCM systems, focusing on the implementation of improvement actions or projects, which guarantee the use and stability of Bondalti's systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to user requests to resolve abnormal situations, identifying the causes of the errors, proposing improvement actions and monitoring and participating in the implementation of the solutions, as well as referring them to the technical support of the application provider;

Configure and maintain the SAP system — HCM module, at the level of the following transactions:

the OM — Organizational Structure

o PA - Personnel administration

o PY - Wage Processing

Participation in internal implementation and improvement projects, participating in functional analysis sessions and testing;

Ensure the communication and clarification of new processes or systems to the various users, namely through the systematization of the associated documentation and the production of user manuals, as well as the holding of training sessions for users whenever necessary.

Required Profile:

Recently graduated or master's degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Informatics or similar;

Knowledge in SAP R/3;

Experience in configuring an SAP system - HCM module;

Knowledge of Success Factors (preferred);

Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 systems;

Fluency in spoken and written English;

Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented work style;

Mindset innovation-oriented;

Good communication skills;

Focus on customer service and ability to prioritize tasks;

Team spirit and commitment.
