Polyelectrolyte preparation units

Bondalti Water designs, builds and commissions standard or custom polyelectrolyte preparation plants. Our units are suitable for working with powder or emulsion polyelectrolytes, with a high degree of automation, which delivers a high-quality final product.

One of the main processes used to remove colloids is settling or flotation, through the addition of synthetic flocculants known as polyelectrolytes. Automatic polyelectrolyte preparation equipment prepares the solution automatically and continuously, mixing the concentrated emulsion or powder product with dilution water in the right proportions.

Automatic polyelectrolyte preparation equipment is normally available in stainless steel, polyethylene and polypropylene, with volumes allowing nominal capacities from 0.3 to 5 m3/h. In the most complete configurations, an initial adjustment system optimises the dose according to the physical characteristics of the powder or emulsion polyelectrolyte used, ensuring high dosing accuracy (savings of up to 30%) as well as perfect dilution and preparation.
